The Core Distinction: Your Address Determines Everything
All timeframes mentioned in this policy refer to working days, not calendar days. Your location dictates which of the two scenarios below will apply to your shipment.
Scenario A: Standard Destinations (48-Hour Dispatch)
For most destinations, CONSECUTIVTE completes the preparation of your order within 48 hours. This covers the steps from verification to packaging, after which your package is handed off to the carrier.
Scenario B: Extended Timeline Destinations (3-7 Day Processing + 14-30 Day Transit)
If your delivery address is among the specific locations listed in the next section, a different set of timelines applies. In these cases, the preparation phase at our facility takes between 3 and 7 working days. Following dispatch, the carrier’s in-transit phase generally lasts between 14 and 30 working days.
